They got the order completely wrong, and gave me not even half a white bag of fries when i ordered a large fry. The cashier was extremely aggravated, to the point he started hitting the cash register. He even yelled at the cook. The next day I called and asked for a manager, the man who answered said it was him so I proceeded to inform him of the cashiers behavior. He said and I quote, "so what do you want?" I was flabbergasted and simply told him I wanted to inform him how his employees act in front of customers. He acted like he couldn't be bothered. Now I figured let's try again. I call to place an order 12am and the guy who answered told me that I can't place an order for pickup over the phone, I ask since when? He says 8 months ago, I reply with surprising because over the last 8 months I've ordered multiple times at this time and always called ahead and never had a problem before. He hung up on me. No more chances for them, they're crossed off my list for good!March 09, 2017
